Welcome to K&K Selekt Aviation
K&K Selekt Aviation exists since 2005, specialising in the recruitment of pilots and cabin crew. We offer a comprehensive range of services selecting highly qualified personnel for the aviation.
We work for international corporations such as: Pratt & Whitney, WSK- UTC, United Technologies International Operations, Smiths Aerospace, Sikorsky Aircraft and many others.
Due to the fact that we hold very rich database of engineers and pilots, at present we are extending the range of our services towards hiring for contracts Polish pilots and flight attendants.
Together with the "Pilot Training and Development Association" we have a pleasure to present a possibility to hire by K&K Selekt Aviation licensed aviation personnel and flight attendants. We also co-operate with Rzeszow University of Technology, that educates civil pilots as the only university in Poland permitting to upgrade qualified aviation personnel database. We are creating a chance to raise the professional qualifications by organizing training regimes tailored to the individual needs of our clients - airlines. Projects are prepared individually for the airlines, educating pilots for particular types of planes.
Pilot Training and Development Association (Stowarzyszenie Edukacji Personelu lotniczego) was created in 2005. From that time its main aims have been connected with helping Polish aviation personnel in gaining professional qualifications, promoting Polish flight crew, establishing training centers from all over the world, cooperating with institutions, airlines and other organisations dealing with aviation services or recruitment. The Association organises seminars, trainings and conferences, often takes part in international avaition events. What is more, it strongly cooperates with recruitment agency K&K Selekt Aviation in promoting different airlines' job offers for pilots.
University of Technology from Rzeszów is its educational partner, of which most aviation faculty's graduates are members of the Association.
