Clients are keen to avoid repeating the mistakes of previous campaigns which resulted in high staff turnover with the consequential costs - wasted time, money, disruption and absent resources. We start to select and recruit aviation personnel for a range of international clients. Outsourcing - an element of an airline's selection - is fast, becoming an economical reality for most airlines. Our Consultancy division is staffed by experienced aviation personnel (cooperating actively with the members of the Pilot Training and Development Association) who, with the support of experienced aviation psychologists, provide a comprehensive screening, recruitment and selection service.
